Guidelines:

1 The Contest is open to PUBLIC, kids ages 3-12 years old.
2 Registration Fee: 150php only
3 Registration period is NOW on-going and will end at 12:00NN of October 26, 2019.
4 All participants need to submit PARENTS' CONSENT. Kindly secure consent form from ALDP Plaza Mall Administration Office.
5 Costumes to be used by participants are at their own expenses.
6 The number of participants will be on LIMITED SLOTS ONLY and therefore the organizers of the event reserved the right to refuse participants from joining once the reserved slots have been fully served to early participants.
7 The participants are expected to arrive at the venue on time. Late comers will be refused entry once the presentation of the participants on stage begins.
8 There will be four (4) judges of the contest.
JUDGES' DECISIONS WILL BE FINAL. No appeal will be entertained once the decision has been announced by the judges/host.
