This August 22, we invite you to be part of the CRC Blood Letting Activity 2026.

Hindi mo kailangang maging doktor, nurse, o superhero para makatulong magligtas ng buhay. Sometimes, you just have to show up and be willing to give.

Ang dugong ibibigay mo ngayon ay maaaring kailanganin bukas ng isang pasyenteng inooperahan, isang biktima ng aksidente, o isang taong patuloy na lumalaban para mabuhay.

At ang pinakamagandang part?

Hindi mo man makilala kung sino ang makakatanggap, magiging bahagi ka ng kwento ng pag-uwi niya sa pamilya niya. ❤️

Kaya yayain na ang barkada, officemates, pamilya, at mga kaibigan. Mas masaya ang good deed kapag may karamay! 😄

Planning to donate? Konting preparation lang!
✅ Get at least 6 hours of sleep the night before
✅ No alcohol for at least 24 hours before donating
✅ Kumain bago mag-donate, preferably avoid fatty food
✅ Donors should generally be 16–65 years old and weigh at least 50 kg; ages 16–17 need written parental/guardian consent
✅ Bring a valid ID

Final eligibility will still be assessed by the blood donation team on-site.

On August 9, 2026, the roads will once again test every runner’s endurance, determination, and heart at the KAMPANAWARYO ULTRAMARATHON 2026.

This July 5, METRO RUN CLUB takes on the Arc of Champions – Albay Leg.

From Naga to Albay, we bring the same energy, grit, and passion that define every stride we take. This isn’t just about crossing the finish line—it’s about representing our community, supporting one another, and showing what it means to run with purpose.

As the President of Metro Run Club, Harvey Nobleza has never just talked about the journey—he’s lived it. From local races to grueling ultra-distance challenges, he continues to show us what consistency, grit, and passion truly look like.

This June 12–14, 2026, he takes on another extraordinary challenge: Baler to Manila — 155 Miles.

For many of us, he is more than a leader. He is one of the originals, a mentor, and a reminder that limits are meant to be pushed.

This May 1, every step at the Metro Naga Community Run moves in solidarity with our jeepney drivers who continue to carry communities forward despite the rising fuel costs. This 5K is a small step for us, but a meaningful stride in helping ease the burden carried by our jeepney drivers.
