Not every run needs a purpose. Some runs aren't about pace, distance, or training plans. They're not about getting faster or stronger. They're about finding a moment of peace when everything else feels chaotic. You lace up not because you have a goal, but because you need to remember what it feels like to breathe freely, to move without pressure, to exist without the weight of everything you're carrying.

Those runs are the most important ones. The ones where you're not chasing anything except calm. The world feels loud, overwhelming, and relentless — and running is the only place where it all goes quiet. Your mind stops racing. Your body finds rhythm. And for those 30 minutes, you're just present. Just moving. Just at peace. That's not training. That's survival.

So when life feels too heavy, don't run for speed or distance. Run for peace. Run to remember what it feels like to be still inside while moving forward. Run to find the quiet that exists only when you're in motion. That's what running gives you when you need it most. 🔥

From Sipalay City to Sagay City, 250 kilometers of heat, darkness, doubt, and everything in between — and you finished The Negros Ultra 250KM Coast to Coast with the same quiet strength and steady leadership you show our team every day.

Pres, you don’t just lead from the front — you endure, you sacrifice, and you inspire by example. This wasn’t just a personal victory. It was a reminder to all of us what commitment, discipline, and heart truly look like.

We are also deeply grateful to Mayor Benjie Miranda for supporting the Kabankalan City Road Stallions aid station, and to Sir Anton Z. Aguirre for helping make it possible. Because of that support, our runners felt the presence of home even in the middle of a long and unforgiving road.

Pres, we are proud of you beyond words. Thank you for carrying not just your pack, but the pride of the Stallions all the way to Sagay.
