Kinder: NSO (cut-off Age is 5yrs. Old on or before October 31,2026)
Grade 1: ECCD Checklist
Grades 2-10: Form 138/ SF9
Transferees: Form 138/ SF9 and NSO

All parents, guardians, and learners are advised to follow the schedules accordingly.
