Gaby Brews’ explosive month-ender 💥 Grateful for the opportunity to share our coffee, matcha and croissants to the fun people at !

When they booked us a little less than 2 weeks ago, we were shocked to learn that they wanted us to serve x5 matcha more than coffee. Shocked because OMG people are finally giving us the space to put our matcha in the spotlight 🥹💛 More mindblown too when they said they wanted 300 cups ?! In 4 hours?!

But we were up for the challenge, just needed full on girl power energy for the matcha girlies and boyies 🤪

…and a successful event it was! Super proud of my team for pulling this off with me! Our girls were either newbies or have never whisked matcha before, but not only did they whisk well, they whisked at least 50 cups EACH in 3 hours. Girl power indeed 💪🏼

Props to Canva for the successful event. I heard Canva World Tour was happening simultaneously around the world, and with hundreds of people involved, that was crazy to pull off so well for sure! Hands down, Canva! 🙌🏼

What a weeeekend with .ph!!!! 🥹 Our best seller lattes were sold out every day, and as if that didn’t make me do a happy dance enough, our entire menu (and supplies that we doubled up on for today haha) was wiped out by 5PM on our last day! 🤯 You guys are crazy!!! I love it!

Thank you so so much for taking the time to visit our booth and getting your coffee fix from us. Really appreciate those of you who explored our menu since Friday 😂 And to all the co-merchants we’ve met in the past… suuuper thank you for coming all the way to Estancia to support us!

So sorry we had to pack up early on the last day, but restocking would’ve meant having to deliver stocks of everything! MoMa has another coffee merchant in place now so you can still get coffee before they close! 🫶🏼

hi, it’s me, Gaby! 👋🏼 gained over a hundred new followers over the past few days, so hello and welcome to our little corner in the coffee world.

i just wanted to go on here to say how grateful i am for the opportunity to share our coffee and matcha with you, especially last week at in .

i’ve been going through your messages, reading through all your feedback (thank you to those who took the time!), and doing my best to reply to you all. overwhelmed now seems like a small word for all the amazing things you all have shared with me about our drinks! 🥰

our goal for this pop up was just to say yes to the challenge. first time inside a mall, first time doing a 5-day pop up, first time sharing our space with our baker friend , first (real) time popping up in the south, and first time to launch a very playful menu of coffee and matcha flavors! i guess there’s always a first time for everything — and I can’t wait to do more !!

i really hope to see you again in our next pop ups. we have one every weekend this October (check out our other posts on the feed), so yes, you have a lot of chances to try our drinks, which are aaalllll made with love by Gaby Brews 🥰 ‘til the next one!
