VP Sarah Statement:

Before you accuse VP SARAH, make sure you understand how things work okay? Para hindi tayo magmukhang 8080.

The 125 million confidential fund was released legally through the Department of Budget and Management. It did not come from DepEd’s regular budget. Reports were submitted to the Commission on Audit early in 2023 and the audit is still ongoing. If you really care about transparency, then ask for investigations in all government offices, not just the ones you dislike. If you only complain when it fits your side, that is not being fair. That is being biased.

And sinabi na dati ni VP SARAH na ang budget ng pinas ay hawak lang ng dalawang tao. Sina “ZALDY CO. AT MARTIN ROMUALDEZ.” Ngayung lumabas na mismo sa news ang pangalan ng dalawang ‘to puro ka parin confidential funds????

Additionally, It’s funny how some `people’ keep shouting where is the money about confidential funds but they never asked the same question about the billions spent on ghost flood control projects. If you want to fight corruption, you should do it all the time, not only when it supports your side. IDIOT!

BAKIT DINADAMAY ANG DUTERTE ADMINISTRATION SA FLOOD CONTROL ISSUE???

VP Sara herself said na matagal nang may corruption sa flood control projects — as early as 2010 pa, nung mayor pa siya sa Davao. So hindi ito nagsimula sa panahon ni PRRD, at lalong hindi siya ang ugat ng problema.

Yes, maraming flood control projects ang na-approve during his term, pero approval doesn’t mean siya ang may gawa ng ghost projects. Wala namang ebidensya na kumita si Duterte sa mga bogus na kontrata. In fact, noong 2020 pa lang, sinabi na niya na may ghost projects sa DPWH. So kung alam na ng mga oversight bodies noon pa, bakit hindi nila inimbestigahan nang maayos?

Ngayon, biglang may moral crusade kuno under Marcos Jr. Pero sabi nga ni VP Sara, kung seryoso talaga ang Pangulo, kaya niyang ilabas ang buong corruption network in one day. Bakit hindi niya ginagawa? Bakit parang selective ang imbestigasyon?

VP Sara also revealed na may questionable budget insertions sa DepEd during her time as Secretary. Dinala niya mismo sa Pangulo ang concern, pero wala siyang ginawa. So bakit ngayon lang biglang may concern sa corruption? At bakit hindi kasama sa imbestigasyon sina Zaldy Co at Martin Romualdez, na sila ang may hawak ng budget ngayon?

Kung tunay na laban sa corruption ang gusto, dapat lahat tanungin—hindi lang yung mga pangalan na ayaw mo. Stop using flood control as a political weapon. Start asking the real questions: Sino ang nag-approve? Sino ang nag-insert? Sino ang nakinabang? At bakit yung mga pinakamalalaking players ngayon, tahimik?

Funny how people suddenly care about flood control now, but stayed silent when billions were being inserted into the budget without proper checks. If you want accountability, demand it from everyone… not just the names you dislike.
