This was then developed as an In-House Training Center in 1999 in Molo, Iloilo. WCU was developed as training center on which we are proud to introduce as an wonderful place for honing talents and cultivating essential skills. With the dynamic leadership of its founder MS. UY a branch of WCU was put up in Manila in 2003.
