You can upload the GPX file to your GPS watch and use it as a navigation course during your run.

Simply download the GPX file, open it with the watch app, and sync it to your device.

You can also view and navigate the course using mobile trail apps:

12KM Trail Run – Essential Gear Checklist

Please bring the following mandatory items:

☑ Headlamp – Required for visibility during the early start
☑ Collapsible Cup – For hydration at aid stations
☑ Water Bottle (500 ml – 1 L) – Stay hydrated throughout the trail
☑ Cellphone – For emergency communication
☑ Cash – For personal needs after the race
