Swapping batteries is easier than expected 🤣 No spot welder? No problem. I used a spare 18650 battery housing instead, and it works like a charm. Got 12 hours of continuous runtime on a single charge without the solar panel! 💪

I couldn't identify the stock battery on the right (the red and black one), so I converted the floodlight to take Makita batteries instead. Powered right up and works perfectly! 💪
