ANNOUNCEMENT

For Junior Division and Senior Division players na wala pa pong insurance card, maaari po kayong pumunta sa CBY Fire and Rescue base on Monday (August 17) from 7 PM to 10 PM. Thank you!

Narito po ang schedule ng pamimigay ng ating libreng Insurance.

Tuloy-tuloy po ang pamamahagi sa mga susunod na araw hanggang sa mapuno ang 10,000 available slots.

Kung nais pong makakuha ng libreng insurance, magdala lamang ng isang (1) valid ID na nagpapatunay na kayo ay residente ng Barangay Santolan.

First come, first served po ito habang may available pang slots.

Accidental Insurance - 1 Year Validity

WEEKDAYS (Monday to Friday) - 7 PM to 10 PM
WEEKENDS (Saturday & Sunday) - 1 PM to 10 PM
