Nagkaproblema tayo rito dahil sa contractor na nanalo sa public bidding: ang Discaya company na GREAT PACIFICO [Discaya] BUILDERS. - Dahil mahigpit nating ipinapatupad ang tunay at bukas na public bidding, kahit kalaban ko puwedeng manalo.

Ang problema:

Una, MALAKI ANG DELAY nila. 2024 ang original target completion date. Pero para hindi masabi na pinag-iinitan sila, binigyan sila ng time extension.

Pangalawa, MUKHANG HINDI SILA MISMO ANG GUMAWA (posibleng halimbwa ng illegal subcontracting/pahiram lisensya kapalit ng "royalties" modus). This is under investigation.

At pangatlo, KINANSELA NG PCAB ANG KANILANG LISENSYA nung Sept 3, kaya't bawal ❌ na sila mag-construction.

🔵 Ang contract cost ay ₱38,184,083.09. Babayaran lang natin kung ano ang natapos nila, bali may balanse na ₱3,291,467.96 na babalik sa general fund.

Yung kulang pa (mga sound panel at konting retouch na lang naman), LGU na ang sasalo, by admin.
