➡️ The ultimate cardio-strength combo! A fun and challenging session that blends running with bodyweight exercises — perfect for building stamina, strength, and overall fitness.
OCR COMMUNITY WORKOUT
➡️ An all-out test of strength, endurance, agility, and mental toughness! This program combines the thrill of running with a variety of intense yet fun obstacles.
SLOW DRIP SUNDAYS
➡️ Long runs don’t have to be lonely. Join us for steady miles, good company, and easy conversations, then treat yourself to a well-earned coffee and brunch at

In observance of Holy Week, there will be no scheduled activities from March 30 to April 5. Regular activities will resume after this period.
