Physique update as of this morning, weight is creeping up and my body is feeling and looking much fuller compared to previous check ins.
The progress is there, slow, but it’s happening and I’ve got to keep focused on the process and not get impatient. One day I’ll look thick, the other I’ll look flat as f**k it’s just how it is! My body typically just ploughs through food which some would deem lucky, it’s annoying for me 😂 but we’re getting there, focused in, disciplined, and enjoying the process 👊🏼

No one can question my dedication, focus or hunger… It’s more than an addiction, or a hobby! I’ve come to learn that you have to go above and beyond, you have to sacrifice, your focus needs to be undeniable, and most importantly, if your not enjoying the process it isn’t what you truly want to be doing. Phase 2 underway and both mentally and physically I’m feeling the benefits, being planned and taking daily action staying consistent.. this ain’t no sprint but I’m working on something special 🏋🏻‍♂️ enjoying the process! Salute to you go getters this week! Get in that gym no f**king about and own that s**t your in control! 💪🏼

Today’s physique check in, I’ve been comparing the past couple weeks of photos and I can see the path is set, the plan is in place and working. The goal is phase 2, continue adding mass, continue adding thickness and control it, the foundation is good, my genetics play a huge part in my potential but we’re gonna work on finding that limit! Beat my previous best look in size and condition then it’s move on to the next step on the agenda… 😎 getting at it! I’ve been waking up before my 5.30am alarm because 1. I’m actually hungry again 😅 or 2. I’m just buzzing to get my day started! That’s where I’m at, it’s head down and get stuck in…💪🏼🏋🏻‍♂️

Current condition this morning, 184lbs, carb’d up from yesterday.

Last Wednesday I made another adjustment to the diet and increased my fats slightly which this morning opposed to then I can tell it’s done me wonders for putting on some mass and holding.
