The letter reads as follows:

“We are Kwan Tom.

We service carnival games.

We will ensure that our creations and services will leave a lasting impact and create memorable memories.

We have Ring Toss, Coin Toss, and Roulette.

There will be a leaderboard and the highest scorer will receive a musical keyboard for the Ring Toss, and a ukulele for the winner of the Coin Toss, as well as some little cute prizes along the way.
