We’re heartbroken to share that our original Instagram account was suddenly disabled, and we still don’t know why.
After countless attempts to contact support, we’ve only been met with AI bots and automated responses, with no real help or answers.
It’s incredibly disheartening knowing that almost 20 years of hard work, customer connections, content, and community disappeared in an instant. We poured our hearts into building Kimochi Aroma as a brand, and losing everything overnight has been devastating.
But as usual, we are not giving up.
