Our sincere gratitude to Mayor Divine Fontanilla and the entire team of the Municipality of Bacnotan for the warm welcome, support, and meaningful engagement during our courtesy meeting.

We deeply appreciate your time, openness, and commitment in supporting initiatives that promote inclusive programs and meaningful services for children with learning differences and developmental disabilities.

After the meeting, the PACDLD representatives also visited several municipal facilities, including the SPED Center of Bacnotan Central School, the PWD and Senior Citizen Volunteers, and the Bacnotan Senior Citizensโ€™ Wellness and Recreational Facility. These visits were part of our assessment and learning process to understand the existing programs and services that may complement the proposed Family Resource Center initiative.

Our heartfelt thanks as well to Vice Mayor Francis Fontanilla, the municipal officials, Engr. Ronel John Valmonte, Municipal Engineer, Mr. Ericson Badua, Draftsman, and Ms. Czaira Araboy, Representative of the DPWH La Union First District Engineering Office, for your valuable participation and support.

Together, we look forward to building stronger partnerships toward creating more inclusive and accessible opportunities for children, families, and the entire Bacnotan community.

๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญ Stop. Salute. Stand for Inclusion. ๐Ÿ’™

PACDLD proudly joined the STOP and SALUTE Flag Raising Ceremony held on 6 July 2026 at Rizal Park, Luneta, marking the official opening of the 48th National Disability Rights Week.

Organized by the National Parks Development Committee (NPDC) and co-presented by BPI as it celebrates 175 years of supporting nation-building and advancing financial inclusion, the event brought together government agencies, organizations, advocates, and members of the disability community in a shared commitment to uphold the rights, dignity, and meaningful inclusion of persons with disabilities.

As one of the participating organizations, PACDLD stands in solidarity with this year's celebration and remains committed to promoting accessibility, inclusion, and equal opportunities for all. Together, we continue to champion a society where every person is empowered to participate, contribute, and thrive.

๐Ÿ’™ Happy 48th National Disability Rights Week! Together, we stop, salute, and stand for inclusion.

Some stories are written in wordsโ€”ours are painted in color, shaped by passion, and brought to life through creativity. ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญ๐ŸŽจ

This exhibit gathers diverse artists, each carrying their own journeys, emotions, and identities, woven into every piece they create.

In ๐˜Š๐˜ฆ๐˜ญ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฃ๐˜ณ๐˜ข๐˜ต๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ ๐˜ ๐˜ฆ๐˜ข๐˜ณ๐˜ด ๐˜ฐ๐˜ง ๐˜ˆ๐˜ญ๐˜ช ๐˜”๐˜ข๐˜ญ๐˜ญ ๐˜Š๐˜ฐ๐˜ฎ๐˜ฎ๐˜ถ๐˜ฏ๐˜ช๐˜ต๐˜บโ€™๐˜ด ๐˜Š๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ๐˜ข๐˜ต๐˜ช๐˜ท๐˜ช๐˜ต๐˜บ, we honor not just the art, but the people behind itโ€”the dreamers who dared to start, the creators who continue to inspire, and the community that nurtures and uplifts Filipino talent through the years. This is more than a showcaseโ€”itโ€™s a shared space where stories meet, cultures blend, and creativity thrives.
