Nahihirapan ka bang magdesisyon? Feeling stuck ka ba kahit alam mong gusto mong umusad?

Maybe the answer you’re looking for is not another strategy…

Maybe you need clarity first.

Day 12: Value — What Do I Know That Can Help Someone Else?

I believe this message reached you for a reason.

Because today, I want to share something that has helped me move forward whenever I feel lost.

Quick story.

One of the questions I asked Sir MJ was:

“How can I reset quickly?”

My pattern before was whenever I felt behind my goals or something felt off, I would escape to a place where I could clear my mind.

Most of the time, I would go to Tanay.

I love the view of the Sierra Madre, and if I’m lucky, I get to experience the sea of clouds.

Those moments helped me reflect.

During one of our Powertalks, Sir MJ shared a framework that helped me gain clarity.

To gain clarity, I need to answer:

What do I really want?
Who do I want to become?
Why does it matter?

But clarity is only the beginning.

If we want a breakthrough, we need to understand three important things:

State.
Are my mind, heart, and body aligned with my goals?

Beliefs.
Are the beliefs I carry helping me move forward or holding me back?

Strategy.
What actions do I need to take?

But most importantly…

I need to take action.

After the discussion, we formed groups and shared our biggest takeaways.

Mine was this:

I need to manage my state first.

I need to stop waiting for everything to be perfect before I begin.

I need to stop believing that I need to feel ready before taking action.

Because sometimes…

The work doesn’t happen because we feel motivated.

Motivation comes because we take action.

So if you’re feeling stuck right now, maybe don’t look for the perfect answer.

Start with the next step.

Create the life that you want.

Always remember:

You are loved.
You are more than enough. ❤️

The hardest person to be honest with is yourself.

Because sometimes, the truth we need to face is the same truth we’ve been avoiding.

Day 11: Authenticity — What Part of My Story Am I Willing to Own?

One part of my journey that I’m not always proud to share is my vulnerabilities.

I still procrastinate.

There are days when I choose to scroll through my phone even when I have important things to do, and I convince myself that it’s just “pahinga.”

I still make impulsive decisions sometimes and buy things outside my budget, even when I know I could have used that money better.

In tournaments, I still feel nervous before competing.

And as a leader, there are moments when I catch myself wanting to control everything, looking for shortcuts, instead of taking the time to understand the person and the root cause of the problem.

But one of the most powerful lessons I learned from my mentor, Sir MJ Lopez, is this:

“If your problems keep recurring, you haven’t learned the lesson yet.”

That realization made me look deeper.

Before asking, “What is the strategy?”

I need to ask:

“What is happening with my state?”
“What beliefs are driving my actions?”
“What patterns keep repeating?”

Because I was too focused on the “how” without realizing that everything starts with who I am becoming.

I need to recognize my patterns.

Interrupt the patterns that no longer serve me.

And take massive action to create new ones.

Because as within, so without.

Most of the time, our external problems are reflections of our internal world.

And the first step in solving a problem is recognizing that there is one.

Maybe you are part of the problem.

Or maybe…

You are the problem.

And that’s okay.

Because awareness gives us the power to change.

Together, let’s create the life that we truly want.

Always remember:

You are loved.
You are more than enough.
And you are capable of becoming your best version. ❤️

Takot ka ba mag-commit?

Not because you don’t want the result…

But because you know that commitment requires you to become someone different.

Day 10: Commitment — What Will I Do Consistently Starting Today?

During the pandemic, what pushed me to move was the pain of regret.

I knew I wasn’t giving my best.

I was living without a clear direction. I was settling for mediocrity because I didn’t have a definite goal.

Then life hit me hard.

I questioned my purpose.
I didn’t know what I wanted.
I didn’t know what to do next.

That’s when I decided to rebuild myself.

I started working out.
I fixed my diet.
I read books.
I invested in learning.

And for a year or two, I was consistent.

But eventually, my streak ended.

I realized something…

I was too focused on the goals I wanted to achieve, but I wasn’t focused enough on designing the person and the life capable of achieving those goals.

I was focusing on strategies before building my foundation.

My state.
My beliefs.
My identity.

So today, this is what commitment looks like for me.

Showing up every day.

✅ Workout
✅ Learn from books, courses, or mentors
✅ Proper hydration
✅ Check my finances
✅ Time block for RISE development
✅ Prioritize what matters before screen time
✅ Create content consistently

And to keep myself accountable, I made a commitment with my brother Anthony from the SB LEAD 01 family.

We challenged each other to do something we hate but will help us grow.

For me?

30 push-ups if I fail to create my content.

This journey is hard.

But I’m not afraid of it.

It’s just uncomfortable.

And if this is what it takes to create the life I want…

Then let’s go. 🔥

Remember:

You are loved.
You are more than enough.
And you are capable of becoming the person you were meant to be.

A goal without a clear plan is just wishful thinking.

But even a great plan means nothing if we don’t become the person capable of executing it.

Day 9: Identity — Who Do I Want To Become?

In my last episode, I shared my goals and vision.

Today, I want to share the question I needed to answer:

Who do I need to become to achieve that vision?

This episode challenged me because it demands accountability.

It requires me to show up every day, especially on the days when I don’t feel like it.

One of the most powerful lessons I learned from SB LEAD is:

“Keep your word.”

Because every time I break a promise I make to myself, I teach myself that my standards are negotiable.

And if I want to create a bigger life, I need to become someone capable of handling it.

Just like a lightbulb…

If I can only handle 25 watts, giving me 100 watts will only cause me to burn out.

So my responsibility is to expand my capacity.

To improve every day.

To embrace Kaizen — continuous improvement.

To become a leader who can love people, see their highest potential, and bring out the best version of themselves.

The future I want requires a better version of me.

And that version is built through the small promises I keep every single day.

Together, let’s create the version of ourselves that we are truly proud of. 👊

This Sunday, I just want to take a moment to acknowledge my wins.

Grateful for the opportunity to spend time with the team after training.

Beyond the drills and the sessions, we got to connect on a deeper level.

We shared our personal challenges, supported each other, and found ways to improve our camp and become better as a team.

Everyone had the chance to share their thoughts, and we were reminded again of the vision we are building together.

Because growth doesn’t happen alone.

It happens when people come together, support each other, and commit to becoming better.

Thank you, Team RISE, for the trust, openness, and dedication.

Together, we RISE. 🔥

The first step in solving a problem is recognizing that there is one… and sometimes, you have to accept that maybe you are part of the problem.

Or maybe…

YOU are the problem.

Day 8: Clarity — What Do I Really Want?

One of the questions that challenged me the most in the Success Blueprint course was:

“What do I really want?”

And honestly…

I struggled with that.

I was the type of person who would just go with the flow. Kung ano yung trip ng mga kasama ko, sasabay ako.

I didn’t really know myself.

Then the pandemic happened.

At first, I wanted to bounce back and fight for the next UAAP season.

But when the team was disbanded, it hit me hard.

It felt like everything was falling apart.

I started questioning:

“What’s next?”
“What is my purpose?”

That season forced me to look deeper.

I started reading books, listening to podcasts, and learning from different mentors.

That’s when I discovered personal development and eventually found my mentor, Sir MJ Lopez.

Fast forward to today…

I graduated from SB LEAD, and one of the biggest gifts from that journey was seeing my life from a bigger perspective.

During one of our activities, we were asked to visualize our goals as vividly as possible.

And I saw it.

A sports academy.

Not just an academy that develops athletes in their sport, but a place where athletes experience breakthroughs in life.

A place where they discover that they are more than their achievements.

A place where they realize they are capable of creating their biggest dreams.

That clarity gave me direction.

Because when you know what you stand for, every step becomes more meaningful.

CREATE THE LIFE THAT YOU TRULY WANT.

What is one thing you want to create in your life? 👇

22/08/2026

What’s holding you back from creating the life that you truly want?

Is it the fear of failing?
The fear of the unknown?
Or maybe the fear of becoming someone you’ve never been before?

Day 7: My Message to the Person Who’s Still Hesitating

Goals without a plan are just wishful thinking.

And most of the time, we already know what we need to do.

The challenge is… we hesitate.

We let fear, doubt, and uncertainty stop us from taking the next step.

But I learned that growth is found exactly in those uncomfortable moments.

Growth is not supposed to feel easy.

As Jim Rohn said:

“For things to change, you have to change. For things to get better, you have to get better.”

Looking back, I realized I don’t want my story to end with:

“Sana pala ginawa ko.”

I want it to end with:

“Buti na lang ginawa ko.”

And one of those decisions I will always be grateful for is joining SB LEAD.

Because through this journey, I discovered more about myself.

I learned to love myself more.

I learned to accept that I am enough.

And I learned that becoming the best version of myself requires a decision.

So if there’s something inside you telling you that you’re capable of more…

Listen to it.

Don’t wait for the perfect time.

CREATE THE LIFE THAT YOU TRULY WANT.

What is one decision you know you need to make today? 👇

16/08/2026

Sometimes, the best moments are the simplest ones.

Today, I’m grateful for the freedom to hop on my motorcycle and explore places that remind me how beautiful life is.

Feeling the breeze.
Seeing the beauty of nature.
Taking a moment to slow down, unwind, and simply appreciate the present.

Life can get busy with responsibilities and dreams we want to build, but moments like these remind me to enjoy the journey and be grateful for what I already have.

Grateful for the opportunity to experience, explore, and create memories along the way.

Life is beautiful. Enjoy the ride. 🏍️🌿

16/08/2026

Who do you want to become?

Not just what do you want to achieve…

But who do you need to become to create the life you truly desire?

Day 6: My New Standard

Let me share with you a powerful tool that reminds me to keep going—even on the days when things don’t go as planned.

I created a vision board on my whiteboard.

It contains the cars I dream of having.
The financial goals I want to achieve.
The lifestyle I want to create.

But more importantly, it contains the moments that truly matter.

Quality time with my parents.

Being able to help people who are in need.

Building a platform where I can help athletes not only build their careers, but also guide them in navigating life.

Because success for me is not just about achievements.

It’s about becoming someone who can create impact.

This vision board reminds me that every decision I make today is building the person I want to become tomorrow.

There are days when I feel tired.
There are days when things don’t go according to plan.

But I always remind myself:

The future version of me is depending on the choices I make today.

That’s the standard I’m building.

So I ask you…

Who do you want to become?

Start creating the life you want now.

16/08/2026

Pagod na pagod na pagod na ako.

(Insert clip from “The Hows of Us”)

Have you ever reached a point where you’re tired—not just physically, but tired of the version of yourself that keeps holding you back?

Day 5: The Version of Me That I Left Behind

I want to share a story that I often share with my students: A Christmas Carol.

The story is about Scrooge, a wealthy but cold-hearted businessman who hated Christmas and pushed people away.

One night, he was visited by three ghosts.

The Ghost of Christmas Past showed him how his obsession with money made him lose someone he loved.

The Ghost of Christmas Present showed him that even people who had less could still find happiness, love, and connection.

The Ghost of Christmas Future showed him the reality of a life where he passed away, and nobody truly cared about his absence.

When Scrooge woke up, he changed.

The person who was once cold became kind, generous, and caring.

And honestly…

I can relate to that story.

Because there was also a version of me that I needed to leave behind.

The version of me who felt like he wasn’t enough.
The version of me who doubted his own abilities.
The version of me who was afraid to take risks because of fear of failure.

I didn’t want to reach a point where opportunities came, but I was too afraid to grab them.

I didn’t want to take my life, my relationships, and my potential for granted.

That old version of me helped me survive.

But it’s no longer the version that will help me create the future I want.

Growth means having the courage to let go of who you were and become who you are meant to be.

Ikaw ba? What version of yourself do you need to leave behind to create the life you truly want?

You already know the answer.

START ACTING NOW.
