The British Philippines Football Scouting Association (BPFSA) attend matches with the objective of scouting untapped Football talent in the Philippines.
Some of the desired attributes that the British Philippines Football Scouting Association look for in players include:
Goalkeepers: good reflexes, communication with defence, one-on-one ability, command of the penalty area and aerial intelligence. Centre-backs: good heading and tackling ability, height, bravery in attempting challenges, concentration. Full-backs: pace, stamina, anticipation, tack

Each BFA Boy (Senior & Junior) will be given a 3 foot Bronze-effect football statue as below, but painted in your favorite team colours if you can tell me who this famous football player is and why is he important to the Philippines? England FA Cup 2017
Dear BFA Boys,
Over the next year, all the BFA Boys will be closely watched, videoed and monitored, then the 2 BFA Boys that have worked the hardest and that impress me the most with their skills, speed, determination and "never quit" attitude will be selected to an all-expenses trip to England, to watch the 2017 England FA Cup at Wembley Football Stadium with myself, Coach Bing, Jacob and Jowel.

At the BPFSA we are often asked what do we look for in a young football player? Its a very hard question to answer as it varies from position to position, but if your an attacker we look for that very special talent that could win the game for the team, like this young 9 year old boy is doing practicing the "Wayne Rooney Bicycle Kick"
