Here are 10 tips to lose weight even faster

Visceral Fat is the fat that is wrapped around our heart and other vital organs.

It is also the fat that is deposited around our arteries. Too much of visceral fat deposit causes blockage of blood flow in arteries.

HEART ATTACK happens when the blockage occurs in heart arteriea; STROKE happens when the blockage occurs in brain arteries.

BAD NEWS is visceral fat cannot be burn through any exercise at all.

So if anyone of you out there who decides to start exercising hoping to burn your visceral fat, sadly to know that no matter how much you exercise, your visceral fat will stay the same.

1. Mas marami kang cheat days, kesa serious days. Niloloko mo sarili mo. Bad yun.
2. Konting problema pagkain ang ginagawa mong comfort zone.
3. Lagi mo iniisip na hindi mo kaya.
Nakuntento ka na lang na tumitingin sa result ng iba.
4. Hindi mo alam kung paano. Walang naggaguide sayo. Ginagaya mo ang program ng iba without proper body evaluation.
5. Ang dami mong goals sa sarili mo including pagpayat pero wala ka naman nauumpisahan kaya wala ka ding natatapos.
6. Pumayat ka lang ng kaunti nagpabaya ka na bumalik na sa dating gawi.
