OFFICIAL STATEMENT

MPHAI CUP SEASON 2

The MPHAI Sports & Social Development Committee sincerely apologizes for the postponement of the opening of MPHAI Cup Season 2.

The original opening scheduled for August 31, 2026 was moved to September 13, 2026, primarily due to unforeseeable delays in the mass production and completion of the official tournament uniforms.

As the uniforms could not be completed within the expected timeframe, the September 13 opening was likewise postponed.

The new and final opening date is September 20, 2026.

EFFECT ON THE TOURNAMENT

The two postponements have shortened the remaining number of playing days. Consequently, the Committee may need to review and adjust the game schedule and System of Play of affected divisions to ensure that the tournament can be completed within the available period.

Any necessary adjustment shall be made with due consideration for fairness, competitive integrity, player safety, and equal treatment of all participating teams.

The revised schedule and tournament mechanics will be properly communicated before implementation.

We respectfully ask for the understanding, patience, cooperation, and sportsmanship of all teams, players, coaches, parents, officials, and supporters.

Thank you for your continued support.

🏀 OFFICIAL ADVISORY

POSTPONEMENT OF THE OPENING CEREMONY

MPHAI CUP SEASON 2

September 12, 2026

To all Team Managers, Coaches, Players, Muses, Zone Officials, Parents, Supporters, and Residents of Melody Plains:

The MPHAI Sports & Social Development Committee sincerely apologizes for the postponement of the Opening Ceremony of MPHAI Cup Season 2, originally scheduled for tomorrow, September 13, 2026.

Due to unforeseen circumstances affecting the mass production and completion of the official team uniforms, some participating teams may not be able to receive their complete sets in time for the scheduled opening.

After careful consideration, the Committee has determined that postponing the Opening Ceremony is the most reasonable and equitable course of action. This will allow sufficient time for the completion and distribution of the uniforms and, more importantly, ensure that all participating teams and players can proudly take part in the Opening Ceremony wearing their complete official uniforms.

NEW OPENING SCHEDULE

📅 Sunday, September 20, 2026
⏰ 8:00 AM
📍 MPHAI Activity Center – Covered Court

We recognize the preparations, time, effort, and anticipation already invested by our players, coaches, team managers, muses, parents, officials, and supporters. We therefore sincerely regret any inconvenience that this postponement may cause.

This decision was made in good faith and in the best interest of all participants, with the objective of providing every team a fair, organized, complete, and memorable Opening Ceremony.

We respectfully ask for everyone's understanding, patience, and continued cooperation as we make the necessary adjustments for the rescheduled opening.

Further announcements regarding any corresponding adjustments to the game schedule and other tournament activities shall be officially communicated by the Committee.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support of our community sports development program.

See you on September 20, 2026, at 8:00 AM!
