Head Technical Officer
Location: Poblacion, Makati City – HOESIK Bar and Lounge

Qualifications
Proven experience in sound and lighting systems, preferably in clubs, bars, or events.
Strong troubleshooting and technical skills.
Knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards.
Leadership and team management experience.
Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of:
Audio systems (DJ equipment, mixers, speakers, and amplifiers)
Lighting systems (stage, ambient, and effects lighting)
POS and payment systems
CCTV, alarms, and access control
Internet/Wi-Fi networks
Refrigeration and other equipment
Ensure all systems are fully operational before and during business hours or events.
Handle real-time technical issues during events.
Supervise technicians and coordinate with suppliers and service providers.
Maintain equipment records and ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Creative, analytical, and results-oriented
• Able to work independently and with a team
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and online orders
• Manage social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
• Create engaging content for social media, promotions, and advertisements
• Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and other departments
• Help develop strategies to improve customer engagement and brand loyalty
• Assist in managing the marketing budget
