There are no shortcuts. This didn’t happen overnight. 20 weeks of discipline, hard work, consistency, and dedication, that’s what it took.
From zero foundation to a full-on transformation, my client put in the work every single day. When we started, it was never about quick results. The goal was much bigger than that. We focused on building a better lifestyle: building discipline, confidence, patience, a stronger mindset, and sustainable habits that will last long term.
I’m incredibly proud of his transformation, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. Every drop of sweat, training session, meal prep, every disciplined choice on low-energy days… it all added up.
This is his work, not mine. I’m just the guide, he’s the one who showed up and did the hard part. I’m grateful he trusted me with his fitness journey, and proud to stand beside him as his coach.
