Transport practitioners take note, it's now *policy* in NSW to prioritise walkers' and riders' access to the intersection AHEAD of private vehicles "Level of Service". All traffic engineering reports to councils should now be required to address explicitly how active travel has been prioritised ahead of LoS for private vehicles.
