As you all know, this pandemic has affected our lives and livelihoods drastically. As much as we would like to continue offering our services, the community quarantine since March has prevented us from doing so. And as the days, weeks, and months go by, we have to weigh our options and choose what is best.

7 Day Meal Plan, Assessment and Monitoring Weight Management (Weight Loss/Gain without any underlying condition) -P1700
7 Day Meal Plan, Assessment and Monitoring (Therapeutic or those with underlying conditions like hypertension, diabetes mellitus, etc) - P2000
This service is not exclusive to Curves members so feel free to message us! All counselling will be done by Coach Pearle, our Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian

Hey Curvettes!
Here at Curves Sta Rosa, we want you to stay safe amidst the virus that is causing panic worldwide. Aside from the usual soap and water provided in our locker areas, we also provided alcohols throughout the club and posted these reminders to help us all be as clean as possible. We also sanitize our machines twice a day.
Always remember that daily exercise, a healthy and balanced diet and a few vitamin C supplements all increase your body's immunity :)
