Champions aren’t just made on race day they’re forged in the quiet hours when no one is watching.

Bringing home 6 Gold, 3 Silver, and 3 Bronze medals at the athletic meet didn't happen overnight. It took endless practice, sacrifice, and showing up for each other every day. We’re really humbled by the results and deeply thankful to everyone who cheered us on and kept us going. We appreciate you all so much!

Last weekend, Joshua Maitel shattered his 1500m personal best, and now he’s broken it again with a new PB. Two breakthroughs in one month show that progress comes from courage, consistency, and humility. Greatness is forged, not born, built through discipline and the will to keep showing up.
