🕊️ 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲, 𝗙𝗢𝟭 𝗩𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝗶𝗹 𝗔 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮 🕊️

With heavy hearts, the Bureau of Fire Protection – National Capital Region mourns the loss of FO1 Vince Neil A Garcia, Plan Evaluator of Mandaluyong City Fire Station.

FO1 Garcia was more than a public servant, he was a light in our ranks. A three-time Bronze Medalist in Taekwondo since 2023, he embodied discipline, resilience, and quiet excellence. He carried the BFP banner with pride, both in service and in sport.

His absence leaves a deep void in our bureau. Vince was known not only for his dedication, but for his warmth always smiling, always kind, always devoted to his wife and child.

He was a teammate, a brother, a friend. And now, he is a memory we will carry with honor.

To his family, we extend our deepest condolences. To his legacy, we offer our solemn salute.

Rest well, Vince. Your service, your spirit, and your love will never be forgotten.
