Under the leadership of PMAJ JASPER D TAGULAO, OIC, RECU-NCR, personnel of the Regional EOD and Canine Unit NCR successfully conducted Explosive Detection Dog (EDD) Refresher Training to strengthen the operational readiness, discipline, and effectiveness of its EDD handlers and Explosive Detection Dogs.
The training reinforced essential detection, obedience, search, and handler coordination skills, ensuring mission-ready EDD teams capable of supporting public safety and explosives detection operations.

Crame, Quezon City.

In line with the Chief, Philippine National Police Focused Agenda on Morale and Welfare, and under the leadership of PMAJ JASPER D TAGULAO, OIC, Regional EOD and Canine NCR, personnel of this Unit participated in the Squad Weekly Interactive Meeting (SWIM), where Pastor Mar Cuntapay shared an inspirational message and led a discussion on keeping one's thoughts and focus on the things of heaven through God's Word.
The activity strengthened the personnel's spiritual growth, reinforced the values of faith, integrity, humility, and servant leadership, and inspired them to remain committed to serving the public with honor, discipline, and compassion.

The Regional EOD and Canine Unit NCR, under the leadership of PMAJ JASPER D TAGULAO, OIC, RECU-NCR, conducted a site and personnel inspection at DECU-QCPD, headed by PMAJ DAVID GUNDAYAO, as part of the operational preparations for the upcoming 5th SONA 2026.
