Monthly Rank Inspection

Under the leadership of PMAJ JASPER D TAGULAO, Officer-in-Charge, Regional EOD and Canine Unit NCR, personnel successfully conducted the Monthly Rank Inspection to uphold discipline, professionalism, and adherence to PNP standards.

The activity reinforces proper wearing of uniforms, grooming, and bearing while promoting accountability, unit cohesion, and operational readiness among personnel. Through regular inspections, RECU-NCR remains steadfast in maintaining excellence in service and its commitment to public safety.

The Regional EOD and Canine Unit NCR successfully conducted the Unit Level Training and Evaluation Program (ECULTEP) to enhance the competence and operational readiness of its personnel in addressing evolving security challenges.

The activity was conducted under the leadership of PMAJ JASPER D TAGULAO, OIC, RECU-NCR, reaffirming the unit's commitment to professionalism, excellence, and mission readiness.

Under the leadership of PMAJ JASPER D TAGULAO, OIC, RECU-NCR, personnel of the Regional EOD and Canine Unit NCR successfully conducted Explosive Detection Dog (EDD) Refresher Training to strengthen the operational readiness, discipline, and effectiveness of its EDD handlers and Explosive Detection Dogs.

The training reinforced essential detection, obedience, search, and handler coordination skills, ensuring mission-ready EDD teams capable of supporting public safety and explosives detection operations.

LOOK: In line with the PNP Focus Agenda, to ensure Operational Excellence, the PNP-EOD/K9 Group, under the leadership of PBGEN ROGELIO Z RAYMUNDO, JR, Director, PNP-EOD/K9 Group, and under the supervision of PCOL EDWARD D QUIJANO, C, EODOD, and PMAJ JUSTIN A LARIOZA, C SRU, personnel PNP-EOD/K9 Group Camp Crame EIRT conducted a Shock and Awe Operation through Paneling, Foot Patrol, and Police Presence at Gate 4, Camp BGen Rafael T. Crame, Quezon City.

These proactive security measures reinforced public confidence while maintaining peace, order, and operational readiness within the area of responsibility and to deter potential security threats and ensure the safety of personnel and visitors entering the camp

The Regional Medical and Dental Unit NCR conducted a Nutrition and Weight Management Seminar for the personnel of Regional EOD and Canine Unit NCR to promote healthy eating habits, proper nutrition, and physical wellness. This initiative supports the Moral and Welfare pillar of the Chief, PNP's Focus Agenda by fostering a healthier, fitter, and mission-ready police force.

The Health Service, RMDU-NCR, successfully conducted the Bantay Kaisipan program for the personnel of Regional EOD and Canine Unit NCR, reinforcing the importance of mental health, emotional resilience, and psychological well-being.

By prioritizing the wellness of its personnel, RECU-NCR under the leadership of PMAJ JASPER D TAGULAO continues to build a resilient, motivated, and service-oriented workforce dedicated to protecting and serving the community.

In line with the Chief, Philippine National Police Focused Agenda on Morale and Welfare, and under the leadership of PMAJ JASPER D TAGULAO, OIC, Regional EOD and Canine NCR, personnel of this Unit participated in the Squad Weekly Interactive Meeting (SWIM), where Pastor Mar Cuntapay shared an inspirational message and led a discussion on keeping one's thoughts and focus on the things of heaven through God's Word.

The activity strengthened the personnel's spiritual growth, reinforced the values of faith, integrity, humility, and servant leadership, and inspired them to remain committed to serving the public with honor, discipline, and compassion.

The Regional EOD and Canine Unit NCR, under the leadership of PMAJ JASPER D TAGULAO, OIC, RECU-NCR, conducted a site and personnel inspection at DECU-QCPD, headed by PMAJ DAVID GUNDAYAO, as part of the operational preparations for the upcoming 5th SONA 2026.

The inspection focused on evaluating the readiness, discipline, and deployment capabilities of personnel to ensure efficient coordination and effective security operations in support of public safety and order.
