Proud of the team at the Coastman Bagac Open Water Swim! 🌊

Vince topped the 3km swim with🥇in his Age Group, and Paul powered through the 5 km Swim + 2 km Run with grit and heart.

Different distances, same spirit — teamwork, discipline, and drive. 💖

Proud of these two — Melvin and Chino — for conquering their first World Marathon Major in Chicago. 🏅🌎

A most memorable relay of Z2YJ Coaches was one for the books in the latest edition of IRONMAN 70.3 Cebu yesterday— with Coach Roi, Coach Dax and Coach Miggy doing the swim, bike and run legs respectively. 💖

Each leg has its own story to tell, with the entire experience a true depiction of RESILIENCE, PRESENCE and PERSISTENCE — all en-route a P5 in a stacked all-male relay category. 😊

Nothing is impossible with our system as long as there is a CLEAR intention to your actions. A week after Shammy crushes her half marathon PR, she joins another half marathon with a completely different intention — low intensity and preparation for SYDNEY MARATHON! Mad props to Shammy for keeping it intentional and quite frankly, still pretty fast for an aerobic run. :)
