Two little kids on a quiet court,
Rackets shaking, hearts full of hope.
Learning grip, footwork, one clear at a time,
Chasing a dream they couldn’t yet define.
Early drills, tired legs,
Missed smashes, slow steps, heavy breaths.
But every fall, they stood back tall,
Eyes still fixed on the shuttle’s call.
Today they’re not just playing a game,
They’ve earned a place, they’ve earned a name.
NCR Qualifiers — not by chance,
But through every drill, every rally, every stance.
Still kids at heart, still learning the way,
But closer now than yesterday.
From simple dreams and honest play,
Great badminton players are born this way.
