The gym will only be open to members, coaches, and staff (No day passes, and no guests).

We will also not be able to handle transactions on those dates, so if your memberships are close to expiring, please do renew ahead so we can update your biometrics on time.

If you absolutely need to train before or after these hours, send us a DM, and we’ll try our best to accommodate you.

Just send us a list of names via DM so we can verify your referrals on the day, and plan for the potential crowds accordingly.

We’re also doing a Christmas potluck! We already have quite a feast planned out for everyone, but contributions are always welcome! 🫶🏻

We just added 570kg of cast iron plates.

4 pairs of 5s, 6 pairs of 10s, 3 pairs of 15s, and 8 pairs of 20s. That brings our total to 2130kg.

We’re one of the very few places with 27 PAIRS of 20kg plates.

As blessed as we are, we must remind all of our members:

1) RETURN YOUR PLATES. We have labelled each plate peg accordingly. With the designated WEIGHT and QUANTITY. We’ve made the process of using and returning weights as convenient as possible. Let’s be respectful of the space, our staff, and our fellow members. Put the damn plates back.

2) That’s more than 2000kg of plates. You are not running out any time soon. Please do not hoard the plates.

3) Gaining access to more plates does not mean you need to use all of them. Let’s continue to be an intelligent, responsible lifting community. Ego lifting is not welcome here.

4) We have 3 different types of plates. Cast iron plates for general use, rubber-coated hex plates for those who prefer a more convenient, comfortable option, and the often-neglected bumper plates for anyone who may need to pull off the floor (we’re located on the 2nd floor, above some nice, quiet restaurants; please use the bumper plates)

Repeated inability to follow these reminders may or may not lead to a suspension of membership, but I guarantee they do make you look small.

🔥 Plate-loaded Isolateral Narrow Low Row

Another beast of a machine added to our already-massive list of back builders. This narrow low row is extremely unique; as an iso-lateral movement, this nails your upper back like no other. Unilaterally, we use this as a lat movement mimicking a single arm bent over dumbbell row — just with a lot more stability and consistency.
