UMTC Panther Karatedo Team roared with excellence at the 4th Shorin Chi Friendship Game 2025 held last June 29 at Gaisano Capitol, Mintal, Davao City. With an impressive 14 Gold, 10 Silver, and 2 Bronze medals, the team proudly claimed 1st Place Overall in the Medal Tally.

Their hard work, discipline, and UMTC spirit truly made an impact. Congratulations, Panthers, your dedication brought pride to our campus once again!"

Football Men's | Track and Field | Try-outs

Last June 21, 2025 potentials and talented students of UMTC fought for their place in Black Panthers varsity. Despite the high temperature and shifting weather, Track and Field athletes ran, jumped, and threw their way toward the dream of joining the Black Panthers of UMTC Varsity. Meanwhile, the Football Men's team kept kicking under the blazing sun and through the afternoon rain in a fiery tune-up match against RMC.

From the P.B. San Jose Table Tennis Hall to the Tennis Court for Sepak Takraw, the thrill filled the air as old varsity players and aspiring athletes alike showed their burning passion, talent, and desire to wear the pride of Black Panthers.

The court and table came alive as every smash, serve, rego, and spike lit up the spirit of competition.

Last June 13, 2025, the court at Brgy. La Filipina Purok Santol was fired up as many passionate and talented young men showed up for the Men’s Basketball Try-Out. The energy was high, and every dribble, pass, and shot echoed their strong desire to be part of the Black Panthers legacy. Truly, their hearts and dreams are burning with purpose and pride. 🏀🔥
