Weekend Karate Training – Welcoming the Month of August! 🥋

Welcome, August! A new month brings new goals and new opportunities to grow.

Welcome back, Sense Jay R Metante, from his ASEAN duty in Manila. It's great to have you back on the dojo floor!

This weekend, we focused on the importance of strong basics (Kihon) and enjoyed exciting Kumite sessions. Remember, strong fundamentals build great karate.

Saturday Training at JKS CV Talisay–Minglanilla Chapter 🥋

We were honored to be visited by Shihan Erlando Y. Metante, Chief Instructor of JKS CV, together with Sensei Victor Cabañero, as they guided and supervised our training in preparation for the upcoming JKS Belt Examination.

Thank you, Shihan and Sensei, for sharing your knowledge, corrections, and encouragement. Your guidance continues to inspire our students to train with discipline, persistence, and the true spirit of karate.
