“A RESOLUTION CONGRATULATING AND COMMENDING MR. RHADLEE G. MARZAN, A RESIDENT OF BARANGAY SAN FRANCISCO, SANTA IGNACIA, TARLAC, FOR WINNING FOUR (4) GOLD MEDALS AND SETTING THREE (3) ASIAN RECORDS IN THE 2026 ASIAN SUB-JUNIOR AND JUNIOR POWERLIFTING CHAMPIONSHIPS HELD IN BAISHA, HAINAN, CHINA”
WHEREAS, MR. RHADLEE G. MARZAN, a proud resident of Barangay San Francisco, Santa Ignacia, Tarlac, represented the Philippines and competed in the prestigious 2026 Asian Sub-Junior and Junior Classic and Equipped Powerlifting Championships held in Baisha, Hainan, China;
WHEREAS, the Municipality of Santa Ignacia, Tarlac takes immense pride in recognizing and honoring all its sons and daughters who achieve distinctions of the highest order in their respective fields, bringing honor and prestige to our beloved municipality;
WHEREAS, through his unwavering dedication, disciplined preparation and exceptional talent, Mr. Marzan dominated the Men's 53kg Junior Division, capturing an outstanding four (4) gold medals;
WHEREAS, in addition to his stellar medal haul, Mr. Marzan shattered three (3) Asian records, including a spectacular 171.5 kg lift in the squat event, proving his world-class caliber and solidifying his status as one of the finest power lifters in Asia;
WHEREAS, this remarkable achievement not only highlights Mr. Marzan's personal excellence but also serves as an outstanding inspiration to the youth and aspiring athletes of Santa Ignacia, Tarlac;
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of COUNCILOR BOJO B. ARROJO, Chairman, Committee on Sports, Youth and Development, duly seconded by all members of the 13th Sangguniang Bayan members in session;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to congratulate and commend MR. RHADLEE G. MARZAN, a resident of Barangay San Francisco, Santa Ignacia, Tarlac, for his outstanding achievement in winning four (4) gold medals and setting three (3) Asian records in the 2026 Asian Sub-Junior and Junior Powerlifting Championships held in Baisha, Hainan, China, bringing honor and distinction to the Municipality of Santa Ignacia.
RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish copies of this Resolution to Mr. Rhadlee G. Marzan, a resident of Barangay San Francisco, Santa Ignacia, Tarlac, and to the concerned agencies and offices for their information and appropriate action.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to Tarlac Medical Center , Tarlac Medical Center - Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department and Dr. Ruben P. Zarate Jr - Physiatrist/ Rehabilitation Med /Sports Doctor for taking such incredible care of me. Going into the Asian Championships last May 10, I was already managing a pre-existing shoulder injury. It flared up during the bench press, but giving up wasn't an option. We fought through the pain, finished the meet, and brought home the gold!

Just had my post-meet assessment with Dr. Zarate, and the good news is it’s just a very minor tear that can be fully corrected with proper therapy.

Thank you everyone for the prayers! Recovery starts today because World Championships is happening this August 2026, and the grind to the world stage never stops. 🌍
