👥 Who Can Join: Grade 7–11 Students
⏰ Time: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

📍 Venue: School Covered Court

👕 What to Bring & Wear:
✅ Jersey or T-shirt
✅ Sports shorts
✅ Rubber shoes or Nanyang shoes
✅ Water bottle/tumbler

Recto Sepak Takraw Team will open its Tryouts at RMNHS Covered Court this Saturday, July 11, 8AM - 3PM. Open for Grades 7-11 Rectorians.

Challengers must bring their shirt, rubber shoes, and Parental Consent Form.

Ang Sepak Takraw ay isang isport na nagpapalakas ng ating katawan, nagpapatalas ng disiplina at konsentrasyon, at nagtuturo ng tunay na diwa ng kooperasyon at pagkakaisa. Isa rin itong makabuluhang paraan upang ilayo ang kabataan sa masasamang bisyo at itaguyod ang isang malusog at aktibong pamumuhay!

Mga Requirements:
✅ Magpasa ng Parent’s Permit na pirmado ng inyong magulang o guardian.
✅ Makipag-ugnayan sa inyong Sitio Leader at magpalista sa Barangay Hall tuwing SK Duty Hours upang makumpirma ang inyong slot.
❗ Walang Parent’s Permit, Walang Registration.

Tara na! Ipakita ang galing at tibay ng bawat kabataan!
