Midget:
• 15 - 18 years old
• First 12 teams
• Quota: 1500pesos + Cash Bond ( 500 )

Junior:
• Open age
• First 10 teams
• Quota: 2000pesos + Cash Bond ( 500 )

Senior:
• 35 - 40 years old
• First 8 teams
• Quota: 2000pesos + Cash Bond ( 500 )

Super Senior:
• 41 years old above
• First 8 teams
• Quota: 2000pesos + Cash Bond ( 500 )
• Designated Area: Dekada Ville, Mauricio, Bernardino, Pacheco Compound and Libis

Registration start on March 29 to April 15, 2025

Gentle Reminder:
• No quota down-payment, no reservation of team.

• Players must submit a photocopy of Birth Certificate and Valid ID upon registration.
