Our talented student dancers lit up the stage with a lively and colorful presentation of the Palarong Pambansa Dance, showcasing the rich spirit of Filipino culture and the unwavering passion of today’s youth. 💃🕺🇵🇭

ALAB PARADA DANCE TROUPE proudly took part in the 1st Division Dance Troupe Workshop held last October 4–5, 2025, at WES ARENA, organized by the BAILE Group of Performing Arts.
Our student dancers showcased a simple yet festive performance of the Palarong Pambansa Dance, capturing the vibrant spirit of Filipino culture and youth passion. 💃🕺

🙏 Special thanks to the Parada NHS MAPEH Department and to our ever-supportive school head, Dr. Eleonor S. Santos, for their guidance and encouragement.

LOOK!!!! Alab Sayaw Dance Troupe Crowned Champion in Pasiklaban Dance Contest

The Alab Sayaw Dance Troupe was hailed as the champion of the Pasiklaban Dance Contest held in Barangay Parada on August 29, 2025, in celebration of the barangay’s 55th founding anniversary.

Spearheaded by Yuan Macalutas and joined by Mark Ceroyhos, Marco Manalang, Vince Fernandez, Imer Oliveros, Micah Chang, Aaliyah Castillet, Hyca Buslatan, Kristel Nueca, and Farrah Fuentes, the Parada NHS dance troupe showcased exceptional teamwork, creativity, and passion—qualities that led them to triumph.

Their powerful performance left the audience in awe as they brought Parada’s journey to life, blending traditional and contemporary dance styles that celebrated both heritage and progress.

Meanwhile, Bongga Kids, a group of Grade 10 students, took the 1st runner-up spot, and the Dream Catchers from Grade 8 claimed 2nd runner-up honors.

The Pasiklaban Dance Contest served as a highlight of the 55th anniversary celebration, offering Parada NHS students the chance to shine, express their talents, and represent their school with pride before the community.
