Isang Taos-Pusong Pagpupugay sa mga Bayani ng Nakaraan

Mula sa Catanduanes State University Arnis Team, buong-puso kaming nagpupugay sa inyo, mga dakilang bayaning nag-alay ng buhay, pawis, at talino para sa ating kalayaan. Kay Jose Rizal, Andres Bonifacio, Apolinario Mabini, Melchora Aquino, at sa lahat ng mga hindi man naitala sa kasaysayan ngunit nag-iwan ng marka sa ating bayan ang aming walang hanggang pasasalamat at pagkilala.

Kayo ang naging liwanag sa pinakamadilim na yugto ng ating kasaysayan. Ang inyong katapangan at pagmamahal sa bayan ang nagsisilbing pundasyon ng kalayaang tinatamasa natin ngayon.

Bilang mga tagapagtaguyod ng Arnis, ang ating pambansang palakasan at sining ng pagtatanggol, bitbit namin ang disiplina at dangal na pamana ninyo. Ang bawat galaw ng aming mga rattan na sticks at bawat paghahasa ng aming kakayahan ay alay sa inyong alaala.

Kasama ang ating mga bagong bayani, mga propesyonal, at mga manggagawa, patuloy naming itataguyod ang inyong mga sinimulan upang bumuo ng isang matatag at maunlad na bansa.
