Trail-ning… getting deeper and deeper into trail running. Always looking and learning, trying to discover something within myself and understand more. Every day is an opportunity to learn, so let’s go and strive for it.

Kua Alan joined my first loop, the one who first introduced me to trail running. Then Coach Angelo and Kiel started from my second to third loop. I tried to share with them my own way of trail running, and in return I got to watch, follow, and learn from them too, picking up new ideas with every step.

Maybe next time more will come for Trail-ning. Still working on the schedule so more people can join, experience it, and hopefully fall in love with trail running too.
