On Thursday, January 5, 2023, the COMSATS IT Center organized a 3-4 hour long workshop on Ecommerce, during which 38-42 participants registered to attend. The workshop was led by Usman Shahzada, Assistant System Analyst, and featured a variety of topics, including:

An introduction to Ecommerce and its various types
Overview of popular Ecommerce websites
Explanation of Drop shipping and Print on Demand
Discussion of Print on Demand websites and examples
Examination of specific platforms such as Daraz.pk, Shopify, and WordPress-WooCommerce
Tutorial on designing product images using Canva
Hands-on demonstration of setting up an Ecommerce website using Shopify

At the end of the workshop, Mr. Shaukat (Head IT Center) shared his thoughts on the topics covered. The Director of COMSATS Abbottabad, Dr. Maroof Shah, subsequently distributed certificates to all attendees.
