Completed a practice run to Dungha in Shimshal Valley on May 6, 2025! Shimshal Valley is at 3100m, and Dungha is at around 4000m. The views were stunning!

"Lupgar Sar Basecamp Trail Run 2023"

I successfully completed my run to Lupgar Basecamp (4225m) in 4hr 45minutes.

"Update, Lupgar Sar Basecamp Trail Run"
Tommorrow I'm leaving for lupgar Sar Basecamp Trail Run. I will start my run from Dutt shimshal (starting point), at 5:00am. I would like to thank for the sponsorship.

Hello Everyone
2022 was a great year for me as I was able to complete my high altitude trail runs to different Basecamps.
By the start of 2023, I got a leg injury and required rest to recover and therefore couldn't organise one.
Gratefully, I am all set to go for the first trail run of 2023 to "Lupgar Sar Basecamp".
Lupgar Sar is 108th highest mountain in the would. It's located in Shimshal, Gojal Hunza. It is one of the Momhail Sar cluster of mountains and had an elevation of 7200m (23,622ft) above sea level.
This run is particularly going to be exciting as the ascent is steep which challenges ones strength.
Without further ado, i would like to invite all the running enthusiasts to participate in my upcoming trail run.
