Football players of Hazara woman's United FC, supported through the KAF She Plays, She Wins program, were selected to attend a training camp with the StevenGerrard.Academy, getting a taste of world-class coaching and exposure. It was an incredible experience that opened their eyes to new techniques and playing styles. Representing the many girls and women in Pakistan passionate about sports, they showed what's possible when given the chance. This is exactly the kind of momentum we need to drive change and inspire more girls to take up sports. Opportunities like these help bridge the gap between local talent and international standards, changing the narrative for women in sports here!

In many parts of Pakistan, cultural norms restrict girls from participating in outdoor sports and without safe indoor facilities available, countless girls are left with no option but to stay away from sports altogether. This gap in infrastructure doesn't just limit physical activity, it denies girls the chance to build confidence, develop skills, and pursue their athletic potential. By creating secure indoor spaces, we can ensure that cultural restrictions don't become barriers to participation and give every girl the opportunity to play.

In 2025, Karishma Ali Foundation and Hazara Women United FC partnered through She Plays She Wins, directly impacting young girls from Quetta, including refugee girls living in Pakistan. Together, we expanded access to quality coaching, and created safe spaces for girls to play, grow, and lead.
