Dear Guiders and Guide Leaders
In view of the increasing heat wave conditions across the country, all Chapters are requested to organize awareness campaigns in schools, colleges, and communities through Girl Guides.
The campaign should focus on:
* Heat wave safety and prevention measures
* Importance of hydration and avoiding direct sun exposure
* First aid response during heat-related emergencies
* Community awareness and safety tips
Your active participation in protecting communities and spreading awareness is highly appreciated.

DRR Training for Guiders and Leaders-Engaging session on Disaster Management Concepts, the DRM Cycle, and the Role of Guides in Disaster Risk Management.
The session was facilitated by Ms. Sana Noor, Deputy Director Training, NIDM, who guided participants through interactive activities to deepen their understanding of disaster management and the critical role Girl Guides play in building resilience.

The session was facilitated by Ms. Masooma Qazilbash, Program Specialist (Emergency and DRR), UNICEF, who shared valuable insights to strengthen our Guiders’ and Leaders’ capacity in building resilience and preparedness.

Executive Committee Meeting of Pakistan Girl Guides Association

Pakistan Girl Guides Association organized an informative Zoom session on Women’s Health & Wellbeing as part of Women’s Day celebrations.
The session, facilitated by Prof. Dr. Shamsa and Dr. Madiha, covered vital topics including uterine cancer, breast cancer prevention, and stress management.
With 56 participants in attendance, the session was highly interactive, and doctors answered every question with clarity and care.
The session raised awareness of important women’s health issues and celebrated Women’s Day by equipping the members with knowledge and confidence.

An online quiz on the celebration of Pakistan Day by was conducted by Dr. Hina Velji, Chairperson, Senior Guides. It brought together 80 Senior Guides from all chapters.
This informative and interactive event not only enhanced knowledge about our beloved country but also highlighted the historical significance of 23rd March – Pakistan Resolution Day.
We appreciate the enthusiasm and the spirit of learning shown by the participants.
