I’ve been through spinal surgery.
Endless Visits to Spinal surgeons | Neurosurgeons | Orthopaedics| Physiotherapists | Chiropractors .. Pain still there 😰😣
I was given enough painkillers to open a pharmacy and my gut health  was ruined. 
And when the pain persisted, I was told the next step was steroid injections and cauda blocks or maybe another surgery 😭😭

So… I ran away Not from healing—but from a path that felt like it was masking the problem, not solving it.

I decided to get strong instead of just getting numb.

This is Deep Loaded Squats—my act of rebellion against chronic pain. By loading my body safely and progressively, I’m rebuilding what surgery couldn’t: functional strength, stability, and trust in my own movement.

This isn’t medical advice. It’s my lived truth. I still work closely with health pros, but I also listen to my body—and it was begging for strength, not just suppression.

Painkillers quiet the signal. Steroids calm inflammation. But neither teach your body how to hold itself again. That part? That’s on us.
