Not every day starts perfectly.
Some days you wake up late…
some days you feel behind before the day even begins.
But I’ve stopped letting that define my entire day.
A late start doesn’t mean a wasted day.
It just means… start from where you are.
Girls: high cortisol in PCOS causes
neck hump, broad shoulders, twitching eyes, round face, insomnia, palpitations, swelling,bruising, gum issues, brain fog, sudden fear. Start by stabilizing stress.
Evening:
• Magnesium glycinate
• Chamomile tea
• Warm shower

Morning:
