News Alert: Our very own Farah, (Mother of two) has done us proud again. This time she won gold in the Karachi Marathon, This was a National Event with over 4,500 Participants. This victory goes out to all the Fitmornings family for putting together an amazing support group for all mommys !. We wish her best of luck for the future at competing in international level now !!

Super Excited to announce that after its initial success, Fit mornings has moved to an amazing new venue called Profile Fitness in PWD, main double road. Now we have more space, a separate yoga room and a superb ambiance !. The best part is, we can accommodate all of you here!!!. And thank you all for so much love an admiration that has made this program such a hit !:)❤️❤️

News Alert!. Super excited to announce that Three members of the Fit morning team (Farah Noshilla and Sana participated in the The Serena mountain marathon Islamabad 2018, Farah Mahwish (Mother of two) won First position in the 21.5km half marathon while Nosheela Raja (Mother of two) bagged 4th position in the 5.5.km race.
