Coming back for what I lost. It’s never too late to be who you are. It’s never too late to set a new goal, it’s never too late to feel and look your best, and it’s never too late to gain the confidence that’s needed to excel in life.

How much water should you be drinking? Thanks to global warming it already feels like July August and we’re sweating more and loosing electrolytes too (YOU DON’T NEED BCAAS OBVIOUSLY, ORS FTW)
For me it comes down to 3-5 litres a day but that depends on the colour of my urine there’s no set number, conditions vary individual to individual and weather of course.
Your urine is a mix of water, electrolytes and waste that your kidneys filter out from your blood. When you’re healthy and hydrated, your urine should fall somewhere between colourless and the color of light straw and honey. When you don’t consume enough fluids, your urine becomes more concentrated and turns a darker yellow or amber color.
The chart attached will help figure you out if you need to bump up your fluid intake or you’re good to go.

Just chill, schedule time to relax and decompress. And yes I understand you’re an achiever and your time is driven by productivity, not wasting a minute.
However, if you are driven all of the time, you will eventually burn out. It is essential to schedule daily time to recharge your batteries.
Take some time each day to prime yourself, to relax, and to focus on the things you are grateful for. Your to do list will wait for you.
By learning how to relax during this time, you will be refueled and reenergized to tackle challenges and live your mission.
