The IBA Sports & Community Engagement Department organized the Award Distribution and Closing Ceremony of the 9th IBA Olympics 2022 on Monday, March 20, 2023, at Event Hall, Alumni Students’ Center, Main Campus. More than 600 players participated in the tournament featuring 15 sports. The Dean, Student Affairs, Ms. Maheen Ghauri, was the Chief Guest at the occasion.

The Department of Sports and Community Engagement organized a 'Meet and Greet' event with the two-time PSL Champions, Islamabad United, on December 15th, 2022, at IBA Main Campus.
Mr. Ali Naqvi (Owner of Islamabad United), Mr. Ahsan Latif (CEO of Islamabad United), Mr. Azhar Mahmood (Coach of Islamabad United) and Mr. Hasan Ali (Test Cricketer) graced this occasion with their kind presence.
The 'Meet and Greet' consisted of a welcome note by Dr. Abbas Gillani, Assistant Professor and Director of the Program Offices, followed an interactive session with the IBA audience.
We are very thankful to the IBA Student, Staff, and Faculty for making this event successful.

Congratulations to All
IBA Alumni Student Rabia Shahzad participated in the World Powerlifting Competition on 17th October held at Trnava of Slovakia representing Pakistan and she bagged a Silver Medal.
Moreover, not many of you know but Rabia has broken several national records too. Hoping that her achievements will also be featured and covered by national media too!
We really appreciate Rabia Shahzad for giving an outclass performance and hope for the continuity of the same performance in future events.

IBA Handball Boys Olympiad Final Match was played between Team Alpha and Team Sharks. Team Alpha defeated Team Sharks with the lead of 7 points. Final score were 11-4.
