At Jigoro Kano Judo School, two junior cadet judoka siblings, Ghulam Usman and Momina Khan, are actively learning and practicing Judo stepping techniques specifically for Nage-no-Kata training.

“Cadet” in sports generally refers to young athletes in the U15–U17 age categories, usually between 12–17 years of age.

Through discipline, balance, coordination, and continuous practice, these young judoka are developing their technical foundations for future competition and kata performance.

🥋 Nage-no-Kata training helps improve:
✔ Movement & posture
✔ Timing & coordination
✔ Balance & control
✔ Traditional Judo techniques

Uchikomi with resistance band:
