Motivational Monday 🔥💪🏻💯
Had a great chest workout today. My chest workout include following exercises:
1. Dumbell pullover - Flat bench. 4 sets of 12, 10, 10, 8 reps.
2. Flat bench barbell press 4 sets of 12, 10, 10, 8 reps.
3. Incline Dumbbell press 4 sets of 12, 10, 10, 8 reps.
4. Cable crossover 4 sets of 12, 10, 10, 8 reps.
I've been following this schedule for few weeks now and I'm definitely in my rhythm.
