The 1st Formula SAE car from Pakistan NED University is the first engineering institute in the country to have introduced Automotive Engineering.
Formula SAE (Society of Automotive Engineering) is an international competition between engineering students involving the design, construction and dynamic testing of an open-wheel racecar. We can never forget what he said when we asked for an amount of 0.4 million PKR for our Formula NED project. He immediately called the Director of Finance and told him "Issue these kids 4 lac PKR, if NED doesnt have it then take my pay and give it to them"

Here is what the competition is all about, Formula SAE, people are considering why just 140 km/hr. The answer is that the top speed you'll ever manage in this competition is around 70 km/hr. So we had to focus on high torque rather than top speed!

Sometimes luck isn't on your side, we found the statement quite reasonable after getting our vehicle ready on 7th Dec and yet being unable to participate in Australia due to the fact that AU Embassy didn't timely respond to our visas.
Now we are looking forward to participate in any upcoming event.
